Microsoft Teams provides call log info that can give useful insight to call behaviours or issues:
  • Go to:
  • Select Analytics & Reports
  • Select Usage Reports
  • Select PSTN & SMS Usage (preview)
  • Choose Last 7 days
  • In the chart area click on the DIRECT ROUTING selection

You will see the call log at the lower side of the chart with some helpful info.

Also in top right of the chart area there is an option to download the call logs with additional information that isn't shown on the chart:

Occasionally this downloaded report may be requested by the support team to be provided for advanced diagnostics.
