MS Teams supports video calls.
If I am using the service to route my calls, is video supported?
Answer
The platform allows the MS Teams client to act as an Endpoint Device on a PBX or Trunk for PSTN calls.
The Microsoft Phone Licence provides the facility for 'Direct Routing'. Microsoft will, pass PSTN calls to and from us to allow audio PSTN traffic to travel between the Microsoft Teams Endpoint device and the Customer's PBX or Trunk.
Direct Routing does not support video calls to normal phone lines, Video calls are only supported between directly Teams users.
